Shopping and order data

Location preference

You can choose a preferred store (for example Torres De Heredia or Escazu) so we show stock and products for that location. Your selected store may be saved in your browser (local storage) so it persists across visits. We use this preference to display relevant catalog and availability information.

Communications

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to help with orders or account issues. Do not send sensitive payment card details over WhatsApp or email.
